Proact has a responsibility to provide relevant information to the employees. The employees has a responsibility to seek for relevant information for the employement and to keep themselves informed in such matters.
This Code of Conduct applies without exception in Proact’s units worldwide.
Proact employees at all levels play an important role in Proact’s financial, environmental and social improvement efforts. They are accountable, within the scope of their responsibilities, for Proact’s sustainable performance. Each Proact employee has a responsibility for taking initiatives to improve her / his own professional training.
