Shareholders

Proact had 3,726 shareholders as of 30 June 2010 most of whom were private individuals with smaller holdings. The number of shareholders with holdings in excess of 20,000 shares was 34 with the largest owners being Skandia Liv holding 1,008,286 shares and IGC Industrial Growth Co. AB with a holding of 978,764 shares. The largest private individual shareholder was Marit Fagervold, with a holding of 210,000 shares.

According to a decision made at the Annual General Meeting on 18 May 2010, the 401,000 shares bought back over the period May 2009 – May 2010 have been withdrawn. At the same time, a decision was made to increase the share capital by SEK 437,412 means of a bonus issue without the issue of new shares. Proact’s share capital thus remains unchanged at SEK 10,618,837, divided into 9,333,886 shares, each with a quotient value of 1.138.

To the best of the Board of Directors’ knowledge there are no agreements between shareholders requiring specific information in accordance with the Swedish Annual Accounts Act.
